You (an individual) or your facility can receive a $25.00 pre-paid Visa gift card for every qualified Medicaid customer you refer, who remains our customer for at least 60 days. This card is accepted at any store where the Visa card is accepted. There is no maximum to the amount of gifts cards that you can receive. If you refer 2 customers, you or your facility will get $50.00. Twenty referrals and you’ll receive $500.00. All you need to do is contact our office with the referral and once your referral has been a customer of TriStar for more than 60 days, your gift card(s) are issued.
