Returns.... To return unused merchandise please contact TriStar Medical Services, LLC by dialing toll free 1-866-429-3188. You will be provided a Return Authorization Number and instructions for returning products.

A Return Authorization Number must be requested within 7 days of purchase. Items must be unopened and in resalable condition. Customer is responsible for shipping costs associated with returns, except for defective products. Include Return Authorization number inside shipping container.

A refund or credit will be issued within 14 business days on all refundable items. Items returned, must pass inspection. Shipping charges and Credit Card processing fees incurred will be deducted from refund.
